The meeting was called to order at 9:47 AM by Joe Macaluso, vice president.  He led the Pledge of
Allegiance to the Flag.

Secretary Report;

Roll call was taken: 25 members in 12 rigs were present.  Carol Kenyon moved that the October 2nd
corrected minutes be approved as published.  It was seconded and all agreed.

Vice Presidents Report:

Joe indicated there are three 2016 outings still in need of wagonmasters. Sheet of service opportunities
was passed around.

Reminded those present about the Christmas luncheon at the Point Waterfront Restaurant,
120 Marina Drive, Rio Vista at 2 PM on December 6th.  One couple said they will not attend and
two couples said they might not attend.  So there were 21 definite attendees of those present.

Reminded those present of the next State outing on January 21-24, 2016 at the Golden Village Palms
RV Park, 3600 W Florida Ave., Hemet, CA.  Indicated that this year there is a daily pet charge of $2.00.

Treasures Report:

Pat Winn gave an accounting of our finances.  Bob Jehe was appointed to audit our account.

Past President Report:

It was indicated the Southwest Regional Rally is April 3-7 at Emerald Desert.

Sunshine Report:

Sue Winn circulated cards for Bob Anderson and Judy Walton, both recovering from surgery.  A
birthday card was also circulated for Norm Silva for his 85th Birthday.


Old Business:

Thursday Night Dinner for the State Meeting at French Camp in April 2016.  Talked about a tentative
menu of parmesan chicken breast, mixed vegetables& rice, plus green salad & cheese cake dessert.
We are trying to keep it less prep work intensive this time but serve a quality meal.  Joe asked for
assistance in planning this meal and Jo Macaluso, Susan Winn and Leora Matranga volunteered.

New Business:

Art talked about the induction of the Silvas as Honorary Members at our dinner this evening.  They
will be presented a certificate from WIT.

It was indicated that the annual president’s donation to charity this year will go half to the Wounded
Warrior Project and half to the Cancer Society of Northern California.

It was announced that Rick & Christy Burke have resigned as the WIT Western Area Reps and
Butch & Becky Moore, former Eastern Area Reps, are now the new WIT Western Area Reps.

Art led us in the nominating of officers for 2016.  Those elected are:
Joe Macaluso, President
Scott Kenyon, Vice President
Judy Mullen, Secretary
Pat Winn, Treasurer
The installation will take place at the Christmas luncheon in December.

Anniversaries:

We reviewed the birthdays and anniversaries for Nov., Dec., and Jan..

There being no further business the meeting was adjourned at 10:40 AM.
