The meeting was called to order at 10:10 AM by President Joe Macaluso. He led the
pledge to the Flag.
SECRETARY REPORT
Role was called with 11 rigs present.
It was moved by Sandy Shipper and seconded by Judy Walton to approve the minutes as
published.
VICE PRESIDENTS REPORT
There are still opportunities to serve as Wagon Masters at 2016 outings. June: Leora
and Johnny Matranga at Gold strike in San Andreas. May outing in Orland is open. There
was a discussion of future outing sites for 2017.
Susan Winn shared activities planned for the March outing in Gilroy. We will go bowling in
Morgan Hill and visit the Wings of History Air Museum in San Martin.
TREASURES REPORT
Pat passed out copies to members. The report will be filed for audit. He thanked Bob
Jehle for his help with the tax return.
OLD BUSINESS
Joe asked if we liked our Thursday night dinner. It was a test run for the meal we will serve
at the state meeting in April at French Camp. It was decided to add a roll and butter and to
prepare salad in individual bowls.
Sue Champers shared information for South West Regional. Three Chardonnay Travelers
will attend.

Sandy and Art Schipper informed us that Norm Silva is hospitalized. Will update his
condition as they are informed. Judy Silva is scheduled for back surgery March 17.
