The meeting was called to order by President Joe Macaluso at 10:03am.  Joe led the Pledge
of Allegiance to the flag.
Joe thanked the wagon masters, the Worleys and Reimers for their hard work this weekend.

SECRETARY’S REPORT
Roll call was taken by acting Secretary Gloria Anderson with 6 rigs and 1 guest present.  The
April minutes were approved as posted on the Chardonnay Traveler’s website by Sandy
Schipper and seconded by Linda Worley.  The motion was passed.

VICE PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Vice President Scott Kenyon could not make this outing and submitted a report that President
Joe read.  RV parks for the 2016 outings were completed.  The Balcers will be wagon masters
for the November outing and need a second wagon master.  Recommendations for RV parks
for the 2017 outings are done.  Vice President Scott is working on changing the date of the
Benbow Park outing as it was not planned on the correct weekend.

TREASURER’S REPORT
Treasurer Pat Winn submitted a detailed report to members.  For the April WIT State Rally
our club grossed $912 and netted between $400 and $500 for our club from the dinner we
prepared.  Susan Winn moved that we file the treasurer’s report for audit

PAST PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Past President Bob Anderson had nothing to report.

OLD BUSINESS
President Joe Macaluso had nothing to report.

NEW BUSINESS
President Joe reported that he does 20 to 25 mailings with fliers each month for new
members with a no response.  Sandy Schipper said mailing fliers out does not seem worth
the time and money for stamps.  She said the website would seem the best option.  Art
Schipper recommended also that articles in the WIT Club News are a better approach.  Gloria
Anderson suggested we pass out fliers at the outings and to distribute to other Winnebago
owners at the parks.  Linda Worley suggested each member be given 10 fliers to distribute
wherever they see Winnebago owners.  All members agreed with these suggestions.

Linda Worley said there was $20 for the Treasury for recycle from the last 2 outings.

BIRTHDAYS AND ANNIVERSARIES
Don Russell had a birthday on 5/23 and Fred Bryner had a birthday on 5/25.  There were no
anniversaries in May.

Robert and Penny Burns, who are past members of Chardonnay Travelers, were thanked for
joining us this weekend.

A motion was  made to adjourn the meeting  by Pat Winn and seconded by Linda Worley.

Respectively Submitted
