Vice-President’s Report (Future Outings)
Scott reported that deposits for reservations are higher than they have
been.  Some RV Parks are requiring a one night deposit for each RV
attending.  There was a discussion as to other new RV Parks we could attend.
It was the consensus of those in attendance at the meeting that
we would be willing to sacrifice a clubhouse if necessary.

Next Outing Wagon Master's Report
Judy Walton reported that the May Outing will be on May 18-21 at the
Yanks RV Resort in Greenfield, CA. Art and Sandy Schipper and Don and Judy
Walton will be co-wagon-masters'  Don and Judy visited the park and found the
staff to be very helpful.  The clubhouse is huge with a commercial kitchen and
the individual RV sites are cement pads with grass and trees, picnic tables and
individual barbecues. 7 Rigs will be attending and a
tentative flyer will be mailed shortly.

Old Business
Bob Jehle has updated the Chardonnay Brochure.  It is tri-fold and when
completed will be inserted into letters that President Judy will send to new
Winnebago owners inviting them to visit our club. Each member was given a
few to pass on to interested RV owners.
Our Friday night dinner for the state of hamburgers + the trimmings was very
well received.  Thank you to our president for the organization and to all the
members attending for their cooperation.

New Business
A motion was made that the Chardonnay Travelers donate $50.00 to GNR for
their Youth program.  The motion was moved by Joe Macaluso and seconded
by Gloria Anderson.
