Roll call was taken.  There were 15 RVs present and 1 excused. Thus giving us
a quorum for the meeting. We were happy to welcome back Mike and Mark Powers
who have been unable to attend outings for over a year; and to welcome former
Chardonnay members Gaila and Rod Thomas who were guests for the outing.   It
was moved and seconded and passed that the October minutes be approved as
posted on the web site.
Treasurer’s Report
Jo Macalouso  passed out the Treasurers report for November along with our
bill for the outings which included the state dues of $30.00.
We have a current balance of $4,431.17  A motion was made, seconded as passed
to approve the report as presented.

Vice-President’s Report
Vice President, Scott Kenyon announced that he has been able to reserve the
Almond Tree in Chico for the June outing.  Sheets were passed out for sign ups for
the upcoming outings for 2018.  Scott is in the process of working on the 2019
calendar.  We will be staying at basically the same parks as in the past only at
different times of the year.  RV parks are now at a premium during May thru
September and we need to book these months basically a year and one half in
advance.  Do let Scott know if you have any suggestions for camp sites.
Our current by laws now state that our outings will be  held on the 4th weekend
of the month unless it falls on a holiday.  Scott moved and Johnnie seconded that
the VP try and book for the 3rd weekend if possible and the dates would be at the
discretion of the vice president depending upon availability.  Scott amended his
motion and Johnnie seconded that this motion if passed would be a STANDING
RULE.  We voted and the motion passed.
