The Chardonnay Travelers Chapter Meeting was called to order at 10:00 A.M.
by  President, Judy Mullen.  Judy led members in the Pledge of Allegiance.

Secretary Report
Roll call was taken.  There were 10 RVs present and 4 who were excused.   
Thus giving us a quorum for the meeting. It was moved and seconded and
passed that the June minutes be approved as posted on the web site. There
was no correspondence.
Treasurer’s Report
Joe Macaluso passed out the August 17th  Treasurers report for our approval.  
We have $6,675.43 that includes an inventory of $1,080.00.  There is a
discrepancy between our statement and the bank.  Art Schipper moved that we
accept the statement as printed with the stipulation that the account will be
worked on and organized by Bob Jehle and Joe Macaluso. Motion was seconded
as passed.

Vice-President Report  (Future Outings)
Scott reported a tentative schedule for our 2018 outings.  It is as follows:  

State Club Meeting, Golden Village Palms RV Resort– January 25 - 28
Sugar Barge Resort and Marina– February 22 -25
Cal Expo Campground – March 22 – 25 w/ Matranga and Bryner as wagon
Southwest Regional Rally – March 25 - ??
State Club Meeting - Casa de Fruta RV Park – April 19 - 20
Gold Strike Village in San Andreas – May 17 – 18 – booked w/ Mullens and
Walton's as  wagon masters
Pomo RV Park and Campground, Ft Bragg – probable for June
Grand National Rally – July 16 - 21
Betabel RV Resort – August 23 - 26
Tahoe Valley RV Resort – September 20 - 23
State Club Meeting – Locations TBD - September 29 - Oct 3
Jackson Rancheria – TBD October
Flag City – November 8 – 11

All sites are booked with the exception of June.  Scott will investigate further
for June.  Scott passed out a sign up sheet for 2018 wagon master signups.

Next Outing Wagon Master's Report
Bob Jehle reported on the outing in September at Benbow RV Park in Garberville.  
So far there are only 6 definite attending + 2 possible.  We need
to investigate the possibility of paying extra for the club house if not enough rigs
will be attending.

Old Business  None

New Business
The State meeting will be held on October 4-8 in Sonora.  Please bring any
beer steins or Oktoberfest decorations to the meeting.

Sunshine Report None

There were no wedding anniversaries in August but the following had August
birthdays: Joe Macaluso - August 6, Susan Winn – August 17, Gene Mullen –
August 26 and Sue Chambers on August 29.

There was no further business and the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m.
