Secretaries Report
Roll call was taken. There were 10 RVs present and 6 excused. Thus giving us
a quorum for the meeting. It was moved and seconded and passed that the January
minutes be approved as corrected. The following correction was noted that under the
February Treasurer's report the Standing Rule  will be changed from #3 to #4 as we
already have a rule #3. There was some discussion as to the dollar amount
to be spent on decorations for each outing and it was postponed until a later time.
The Standing Rule #4 will be published as originally posted.
