Corn Casserole - Submitted by Penny Burns
one 15 oz. can yellow or white drained corn
one 15 oz. can creamed corn
one stick of butter
8 oz. sour cream
two beaten eggs
Mix the above, and add one 8 1/2 oz. corn bread mix.
Put in greased 8 x 8 baking dish and bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
Test with a toothpick. Toothpick should be dry when removed.
