4 cups sliced red potatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can 10-3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup undiluted
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped onion
In large bowl, mix cheese, soup, sour cream, and onions. Gently stir in sliced potatoes, pepper to taste. Spray 8x8 or 10x10 ceramic or glass baking dish. Transfer ingredients to baking dish. Top with 1-2 teaspoons parsley and sprinkle with smoked paprika. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
