Pumpkin Cheesecake

1 pound can pumpkin
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped walnuts (more if you really like nuts)
1 cup real butter


Mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice. Blend well with mixer. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan already sprayed with "Pam". Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the top. (Break up cake mix with hands while in the bag, to make sure there are no big lumps) Sprinkle with the nuts, Melt butter and pour evenly over the layer of nuts.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 - 60 minutes. 

Serve with whip cream or ice cream....Yummy...  Enjoy!
